Australian Cigarette Advertising Threatened
SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA - JULY 30: A shopkeeper stands in front of a cigarette display in the Eastern Suburbs on July 30, 2008 in Sydney, Australia. Under new laws approved by the NSW cabinet yesterday, smoking advertising in NSW will be severely restricted with no cigarettes visibly displayed, smoking in cars with children under 16 banned, and vending machines accepting tokens only, with no advertising allowed. NSW will follow Thailand, Iceland and some provinces in Canada in banning displays when the bans come into force within the next 12 months. (Photo by Lisa Maree Williams/Getty Images)

The nobles of the realm form a wide circ
The nobles of the realm form a wide circle before King George Tupou V (seated in the white pavilion) during the taumafa kava ritual and coronation ceremony in the sacred Pangai Lahi gathering area of Nuku'alofa on July 30, 2008. Consuming a coconut shell of kava in a single motion meant that the monarch formally became the 23rd ruler of the South Pacific's only absolute aristocracy. The Christian coronation ceremony will take place on August 1. AFP PHOTO/Torsten BLACKWOOD (Photo credit should read TORSTEN BLACKWOOD/AFP/Getty Images)

Top 10 Albums of 2007 [Revised]
I made a Top 40 lists a while back which can be found here

Not many changes, most stood the test of repeat listen after repeat listen. I know MGMT is now loved and adored by 15 year olds all around the world and it won't give me any "indie cred" to list it so high, but start to finish it is an unbelievably solid album and my favorite track on it has changed several times since it hit the internet last year.

You will notice however "In Rainbows" fell completely out of my Top 10, I just grew tired of the album I guess. I rarely listen to it now.

1)MGMT - Oracular Spectacular
2)Kevin Drew - spirit if…
3)LCD Soundsystem - Sound of Silver
4)Animal Collective - Strawberry Jam
5)Beirut - The Flying Club Cup
6)Deerhunter - Cryptograms
7)Panda Bear - Person Pitch
8) of Montreal - Hissing Fauna, Are You The Destroyer?
9)Mice Parade - Mice Parade
10)Le Loup - The Throne of the Third Heaven of the Nations' Millennium General Assembly
